A leading company that specializes in waterproofing, insulation, and surface protection systems for construction and industrial applications: Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training programs and guidance to internal teams (mainly Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service) as well as external customers. Trainings are developed in close coordination with the Sales team, based on detailed content requests
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to customers regarding the most suitable solutions and product specifications for their projects
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and conferences to promote the company’s products, systems, and services
  • Respond to and track customer inquiries related to products, solutions, and project specifications, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Collaborate with architects, engineering firms, and contractors to specify appropriate systems, services, and products, working closely with the Sales team
  • Support customers in their day-to-day technical questions, ensuring proper tracking and data entry from initial request to resolution, including detailed reporting
  • Provide effective technical support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient communication
  • Conduct field visits to customers when necessary to provide on-site technical assistance or assessments
  • Manage and monitor product claims, maintaining a comprehensive database of customer complaints and feedback received directly or through the Sales and Customer Service teams, and ensuring proper resolution and follow-up

Requirements

  • Technical University Degree in Civil Engineer
  • Desired relevant prior experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Teamwork and collaboration spirit
  • Reliability, consistency, and responsiveness to schedules and deadlines
  • Availability for travel within and outside Greece
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software will be highly valued
  • Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Category B driving license
